The mat can be used for a wide variety of purposes but perhaps mainly for various Yoga exercises, Meditation, Massage and Rest as used today by perhaps Sweden's most appreciated & leading fitness, meditation & yoga celebrity.
The mat is also a fantastic effective and beautiful sound absorber together with being a beautiful bonad on the wall if it is not used as a training mat there and then.

The carpet consists of about 3500 wool balls that are about 20-25 mm in size.
You then tie them together in joints and not supertight, which means that you can put your fingers and toes in the space between the balls.
